This cozy runner features a beautifully woven fabric from the Ukraine, purchased by my friend Marina when she traveled there in spring 2023.

Pulling out several of the brown shades and adding a couple more, I chose brown scraps to creative the patchwork triangles in the border which perfectly accent the angles seen in the weaving.

Machine quilted to accentuate the patterns seen in the runner, this piece is definitely one of a kind. Back is unbleached muslin. All solid fabrics are cotton. The woven fabric from Ukraine may contain some polyester.

Runner comes prewashed in free-and-clear detergent.
